My colleague living in the Aradhana Apartment highly speaks of the project, so I visited it last weekend and found it to be worth investing in. I had been planning to invest in a 2 BHK in the Arekere area in a secure society for a long time to move in with my family and kids and was really happy to see the project ensuring that. It has 24/ 7 security, well-constructed roads connecting it with the rest of the city well, and the streets are well-lit.

Ample Mart is also within 2.2 km
You will find several other local grocery stores, markets, schools, colleges, etc. near this, so for us, it seemed to be a wonderful project worth having a property in. I am planning to book a property by February, so I will also recommend it to you.

I have been to the Aradhana Apartment twice to visit my cousin living here and can assure you that this project is worth investing in. The best part about this project is its configuration. In Aradhana Apartment, you will mostly find 2 and 3 BHK apartments ranging between 910 sq ft and 1,700 sq ft. Aradhana Apartment RERA number (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/180905/001991) has also been assigned, and it has no legal issues surrounding it, so it will be a safe investment. I will rate it 9/ 10 and suggest you check it out once and then make a decision.
