This was a horrible experience, thus I wouldn't evaluate the service. My bike was moved from Mumbai to Gujarat by them. There were delays in the pickup and no firm dates were given. Though it was supposed to arrive in two days, it took five. The worst aspect was the staff's actions; they changed the bike's oil unnecessarily, which led to problems and required repairs.
