My family and I live in a 3 BHK apartment here and there are all kinds of facilities available, such as a huge parking space, 24X7 security, children’s play area, landscape garden, lift available, power backup, rainwater harvesting, swimming pool, indoor games and so much more. But what tempted me was the fact that homes here are in compliance with Vastu. If you are planning on investing in Hyderabad, I would suggest you visit the property and then make a decision. We have been living in this project for more than 1 year and from my experience, I can say that this is one of the best societies in the locality. Spread over a beautiful expanse of 7.5 acres the 9 apartment blocks are aesthetically designed, extremely spacious homes that spell elegance and luxury at every step of the loving. They offer 2 & 3 BHK apartments and the ARK Homes price starts from Rs. 47.3 Lakhs. There is a lot of open and green space for fresh air. Also there is a beautiful landscape garden. In my opinion, the project is worth investing in and all the ARK Homes reviews that I read were true and worth it.
