What are the Arkade Nest, Mulund West, Mumbai Reviews?

My mother and I checked this project last Monday for 3 BHK here. The  Arkade Nest Mulund West unit configuration has 2, 3 and 4 BHK flats with the 3 BHK available in a carpet area ranging between 850 and 1007 sq. ft.

The connectivity is another thing my mother liked in this property as Mulund West has been one of our preferred locations for a house for a long time. 

The Arkade Nest Mulund West possession date is June 2027, which is although a bit late but still works for us. We haven’t made up our minds yet, but this project is at the top of our consideration list.

We gave the project a visit last month after my friend told me about it. I am thus writing this Arkade Nest Mulund West review to share my opinion. 

There are 2, 3 and 4 BHK flats here and my interest is in the 3 BHK flats. I like the area of this project as my office is in Mulund. The overall development in the area has also increased my interest.

I was also impressed with the amenities here consisting of a main pool, a kid's pool, gazebos, a tree court, a lawn, a walking track, an amphitheatre and more.

I made my booking here a couple of weeks back and feel that you should visit the project and see if it suits your idea of a home or not.

Hello there. I am here to give you my Arkade Nest review. I visited this project after getting to know about it through my relative. I was impressed with the location, so let me start with that.

The Arkade Nest Mulund West address is in Sarvodaya Nagar, Mulund West. Mulund is already amongst the top areas to buy a property in Mumbai at the moment. There are several projects underway, such as the Mumbai Metro - Corridor 4, along with the Goregaon Mulund Link Road. Sarvodaya Nagar is also good as it is away from the city traffic and noise but is still connected well to the city.

As far as the Arkade Nest Mulund west unit size is concerned, the 2 BHK has a carpet area ranging from 570 to 745 sq. ft., which is decent in my opinion. The tower configuration is ground plus 22 floors with 4-level car parking.

The Arkade Nest Mulund East 2 unit BHK price starts at Rs. 1.6 crores, which I feel is a bit too much on the grounds of the budget we have. However, if everything works out for you, give it a visit once to have a better idea.
