Sharing my Arkade Rare reviews with you all here. I already booked a 900 sq ft 3BHK apartment here. This project is in the centre of Mumbai's Bhandup West, this forthcoming luxury residential property offers spacious 2 and 3 BHK apartments with luxury specifications and smart home automation. What I liked the most about this property is the Arkade Rare location. Let me share some locational benefits of this project.
IIT, Powai: 4.1 km,
JVLR: 2.7 km away,
Bhandup railway station: 1 km away,
Bhandup Metro Station: 0.5 km away,
Eastern Express Highway (EEH): 4.1 km away,
Fortis Hospital: 3.6 km, and so on.
Just letting you know, if you are planning to take a flat here, the Arkade Rare possession date is in December 2028. I booked a unit mainly because of its location, amenities and premium apartments. Overall, I will rate them 4 out of 5.

I went to the Arkade Rare location last Sunday to make an inquiry. The marketing team was very professional and answered all the queries I had. Although they did not yet have any model apartments, they provided a thorough virtual tour of the space. They also said some apartments in the 7 buildings were already booked. The sales team said it has RERA approval and told me that the Arkade Rare RERA number is P51800077307. They provided me with a brochure in which I found the following unit configuration:

Who doesn’t know about the builder Arkade Group in Mumbai? They are popular for their amazing constructions. They have over 30 years of experience and successfully delivered 19 projects like Arkade Pearl Vile Parle, Arkade Vistas Goregaon and so on. I already booked a 3BHK unit here and the Arkade Rare price for my flat was Rs. 2.45 crore. I also loved the amenities here. Some of the top-notch facilities are.
Gym,
Club House,
Swimming Pool,
Kids Play Area,
Multipurpose Court,
Skating Area,
Banquet Hall and so on.
I will rate them 5 out of 5 under my Arkade Rare reviews.
