During the initial phase of the project, they were very polite and soft-spoken. They told me I had to make the payment before they began the work, which I did. Here is what I received from them.
I received a wardrobe with a different colour than what I had chosen. Despite multiple requests, nothing was changed.
My furniture design was delayed by 4 months compared to what they committed.
I received doors for kitchen trolleys, which were short.
The mirror was damaged and so was the wardrobe shutter.
Please don’t believe any of the positive Arrivae reviews available online. They are all fake.

My experience with Arrivae has been utterly awful. They call themselves professionals but have no professionalism at all. These people offered me low-quality products, with no regard for timelines. I opted for Arrivae after going through several positive Arrivae interiors reviews. From the first design to the final implementation, everything proceeded without an issue. There were a few follow-ups, which I believe are normal regarding any service. The modular product quality delivered by them was flawless. Arrivae has knowledgeable and competent experts. I am very happy with their service.

Good design was used. Although the colour options were inadequate. The implementation proceeded without an issue, however, I found the after-sales support to be insufficient. They delayed in delivering the project as they took their own sweet time to finish it.

Hi, Inspite of all the positive Arrivae interiors reviews, I would like to give a zero rating. They are incredibly unprofessional. With Arrivae, we wasted over nine months of time.
The following list of problems that I encountered with this firm:
Arivae collects full payment before the delivery, leaving clients with no way to dispute regarding subpar delivery.
The things that were delivered to us was of different colour from what we had actually selected
The escalation team was of no use
