I was looking for a project to invest near my office in Thanisandra. A lot of my friends suggested I look out for Sporcia. I have been living in this project with my family since the Arvind Sporcia possession date. The project has an area of 5.5 acres, with 2 & 3 BHK apartments. It is a vibrant and well managed society. The rooms here are airy and cosy. We have used minimal decor to create more space.
What’s more striking and trustworthy about this project is that it’s RERA approved and the Arvind Sporcia RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/171010/000768. I also liked that the property has an Earthquake Resistant RCC Frame Structure which protects them and keeps them safe against an earthquake. I have recommended this project to one of my friends as well and they are planning to get a 2 BHK apartment here.
