This project is an astounding piece of creativity from the Assetz team. Assetz Sora & Saki Phase 1 boasts beautifully designed interiors, spacious, livable balconies, 25+ fantastic amenities and an excellent floor plan. An added plus is that it's close to Bagalur, Gummanahalli, and the Airport Staff Quarters. Aside from this, it has RERA approval; PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/060324/006692 is the Assetz Sora & Saki Phase 1 RERA number.

Very impressive and one of the best projects in North Bangalore. I will rate this project 4 out of 5 under my Assetz Sora & Saki Phase 1 review.

In the recently developed Aerospace city, adjacent to Bagalur Road, I found Assetz Sora & Saki Phase 1 as the best under construction residential development. This property is premium and offers options for 3 and 4 BHK apartments. The Assetz Sora & Saki Phase 1 unit configuration ranges in size from 1700 to 2200 square feet. Large living balconies, 74% open space, 15 minutes from BIAL, indoor and outdoor amenities, 2.5 acres of amenities, a clubhouse, and 50,000 square feet of integrated retail space are some of the nicest features of this project that I liked.

I have now finalised my booking for a 4 BHK property here and the Assetz Sora & Saki Phase 1 possession date I received is September 2028.

As my kids study in DPS, I was searching for a suitable project in Bagalur. Last month, I visited this project after seeing it on Facebook. I discovered that Delhi Public School is about 14 minutes away from the Assetz Sora & Saki Phase 1 location. Aside from that, there are a lot of restaurants, shopping centers, IT parks, and hospitals close to this property. 

I also cherished Bangalore International Airport's 15-minute proximity. This project raises the bar for quality in residential development in the area by outperforming its counterparts. With its best-in-class amenities, environmentally friendly policies, and ideal location, it provides city dwellers with a standard quality of life. 

Overall, I loved this project and have done the booking of a 3 BHK flat here. The Assetz Sora & Saki Phase 1 3 BHK price for our flat was Rs 1.70 crore.
