The space for parking is pretty big and the location is also a thing to consider. This is very close to the Kaikondrahalli lake. Also, Sarjapur-Marathahalli Road has a lot of commercial and residential spaces, so we considered that while making the deal. It’s a good place to live and I’d suggest you check out the flats here.

We have a 4 BHK property in this society. As others have already shared the other features, I’d like to talk about the amenities. They are one of the best features in my view. In the society, there’s a swimming pool, gym, badminton court, rainwater harvesting plant and more. The flats are built according to Vastu, so that is another plus. This being a 4 BHK, the house is big in space. You get a huge 3380 sq. ft. house in a carpet area. The society is well maintained and a good option if you are in search of a 3 or 4 BHK apartment.

Hello. I went through a lot of Astro Rosewood Regency reviews before visiting the property. We have been on a property hunt in Bengaluru for the last two months and liked the 3 BHK here. The flat is up for resale and the society is quite nice. Located in Kaikondrahalli, the Astro Rosewood Regency location is one of the advantages this society has to offer. For commuting, you have the Kaikondrahalli bus stop just 500m away. The Carmelaram and Railway Level Crossing train station stations are also 4-5 km from the property. We also checked for markets and malls around the society. There is PVR Soul Spirit and Central Mall about 3-4 km from the place. So, you get a good balance of everything around the property.
In the Astro Rosewood Regency unit configuration, you’ll find 3 and 4 BHK apartments. We analysed all the offerings here and finalised the deal just a couple of days back. You can keep this property in your consideration list in my opinion.
