Before, I had checked some Atria Grande reviews, which highlighted the affordability and locational benefits of this project. Upon visiting the project, I realised that the location factor was indeed true, as the project is well-connected to city lifestyle and other transportation facilities. Holkarwadi bus stop is just 10 minutes away.
MG Road is 9 km from here
Noble Hospital is within 4 km
Ruby Hall is in 3 km
Amanora Mall is around 7 km away
So, if you’re interested in this project, I’d suggest visiting it once, and check out for yourself. If you ask the Atria Grande address, it is in the Handewadi Road, Pune.

My family and I visited the project last week, and let me tell you some necessary details about it. The Atria Grande price starts from Rs. 49 lakhs, and there are 570 spacious 2 BHK apartments with a unit size of
1060 sq ft. The project has an area of 8 acres, and a huge space for parking. We also found that the builder has a well-known reputation, with around 7 years of experience and 6 projects successfully completed. This property is also verified and has approval from RERA, and the
Atria Grande RERA number is P52100000580. So, in my opinion, this project is a great choice for both couples and families, who want to enjoy nature, with all the facilities of the city.

I visited this project right after its completion, in December 2021, and we recently invested in a 2 BHK apartment here. So, let me share with you my Atria Grande reviews. I had done lots of research on this project, and can say that it’s one of the affordable and modern housing apartments in Pune by this builder. And, the best is that it has also won the Times Icon Award for the best project in affordable housing. I particularly like their pet therapy feature, which means if you have pets, then there’s a designated space made for them. The project is also an RCC framed structure with powder coated aluminium sliding windows and M.S safety grill.
