What are the Aura County Reviews, Wagholi, Pune?

We have been planning to invest in a 2 BHK for a long time within our budget, so as soon as we heard about the Aura County price list, we checked it out and loved it. The apartments here start from Rs 36 lakhs for 1 BHK and Rs 60 lakhs for 2 BHK. I have been to several projects, but none of them provided such affordable properties in this area. 

Here are some other aspects I liked about this project:

• Aura County is a project constructed by the Jalan Group of builders who are reputed real estate developers and are famous for delivering on-time and quality projects

• Aura County is RERA-approved, so you do not have to worry about any legal issues

• As for the Aura County configuration, it has 1 and 2 BHK properties 

We loved it and will be investing here soon; hence, I will recommend others to check it out at least once and I am sure you will be delighted too.

Two of my friends live in this project and always share positive Aura County reviews. I have been here a couple of times, hence can share with you the exact Aura County location. It is located in Wagholi, just near the Sanundra Ba Hub and Kolte Hospital. What I liked about this project is the fact that everything is easily accessible from here, be it markets, malls, hospitals or others.

• The Pune Railway station is around 12.2 km from here

• The Kumar Pacific Mall is around 14 km from here

• The Deokar Hospital is around 11.2 km from here

• The Imax Multispeciality Hospital is just 700 metres away

Well-known colleges are also located near this project, so transportation is super smooth here. For me, location matters. Invest in projects that have great road connectivity and this is one of them.

I love living in Aura County mainly because of its features and have never faced any issues. This project provides the residents with extraordinary amenities like:

• Outdoor tennis courts

• Swimming pool

• Multipurpose courts

• Library and business centre

• Kids play pool with water slides

• Coffee lounge and restaurants, etc

Along with 24*7 water supply, electricity and security. It is one of the largest projects in this area, comprising 5 towers with 11 floors each and 503 total units. I have always felt safe and secure living; hence, I will highly recommend others to invest here.
