This is a RERA registered project and the AVJ Heights RERA number is UPRERAAGT10119. I visited AVJ Heights a few months back to check out a 3 BHK resale flat. The AVJ Heights unit configuration of the 3 BHK flat was 1,400 Sq. Ft. The seller was quoting Rs. 85 Lakhs as the AVJ Heights price. The price is also negotiable and is within my budget. So I am looking to buy this apartment.

The nearest metro station is GNIDA Office which is just 2.7 km from this project. Nearby train stations are Boraki, and Dadri both 7.4 km, and 8.2 km respectively. Also, close-by healthcare institutions are JR Hospital (3.4 km), and Roshan Hospital (2.0 km). The project is a good one to invest in. I’ve invested in a 3 BHK apartment here.

Hi, This project is developed by the renowned AVJ Group builder. The builder is well renowned in the real estate market. It is renowned because of its great construction quality. Apart from AVJ heights, the builder has constructed other projects like AVJ Homes. I mainly visited this project after going through several positive online AVJ Heights reviews, and also because I trust this builder. The project offers luxurious 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments. The apartments are Vastu compliant and manned with security surveillance and CCTV running around the clock, swimming pool, ATM, power backup, jogging track.
Overall, we like this project and I am planning to invest in a 2 BHK here.
