What are the Ayyappa Society Reviews Madhapur, Hyderabad?

I have heard several Ayyappa Society reviews, both good and bad but I must say that you won’t get such affordable apartments so easily in Madhapur. This society represents urban living at its finest. The Ayyappa Society project area spans across 4 acres and has multiple buildings with 2 and 3 BHKs. 

In March, my brother-in-law bought a 2 BHK apartment here for just Rs 60 lakhs and seems to be happily living there without any issues. He highlighted some major aspects of this society like:

• It is situated close to NH 65 thereby providing seamless inter-state connectivity

• The Borabanda Railway Station is also near, within 3 km

• The monorail project is expected to be introduced soon thereby linking Gachibowli and the surrounding areas

You can thus understand that the Ayyappa Society location is great. I find it to be a great society to live in as of now so you can think of having a house here. But, indeed, the small roads connecting the project are yet to be built properly but that does not hamper the quality of life.

We are looking for an affordable 3 BHK to invest in and that is when a friend shared with me the Ayyappa Society price list. It seems decent. You can get apartments here starting from Rs 50 lakhs. The highest priced apartment I am aware of available in this project is around Rs 3.5 crores (3 BHK with 2,275sq ft area).

This society is RERA-approved as well and the residents claim to be living there peacefully without any sort of major problems. I suggest you buy an apartment here but yes, visit it and then take your final call.

The Ayyappa Society Possession date is not fixed. Some projects have already started selling their apartments whereas some projects are being constructed there. Their possession dates thus vary. You can visit the society and enquire about the particular apartment’s possession date where you are planning to invest.
