We’ve been residing in Banyan Tree Apartments for over a year now. We made the deal for a 3 BHK here early last year and think it was a really good decision. I see other people have left their reviews, stating the spaciousness of the house and I can say that they are right. The house is actually huge. You have a lot of amenities here, including a swimming pool, badminton court, an ATM, a library, an aerobics room, visitor’s parking, a gym and lots more. The Banyan Tree Apartments 3 BHK price starts at Rs. 94.5 lakhs, but you’ll have to see the seller’s quoted price. Given the features and the quality of the architecture, you can give this project a chance for sure.

We inquired about the Banyan Tree Apartments unit configuration before visiting the property. There were 3 and 4 BHK flats there, which matched our preference. The society felt quite big, with the total area being 5 acres. We instantly liked the 4 BHK flat up for resale. The flats here are huge with a built-up area of 2640 sq. ft. There is a lot of space for air to enter, keeping the house well ventilated. The interiors are modern and we liked the build quality. Overall, our impression of this property was on the positive side. However, we couldn’t make a deal due to budget constraints. I would still recommend you to go and check out the property once.
