During our visit there, we were stunned by its floor plan, beauty, and features. This project will have 2, and 3BHK luxurious apartments that are well-planned, designed, and spacious.
This 0.45-acre project features one building comprising 100 units and open–to-sky terrace garden with infinity pool.
This property will have a structure of Ground + 2 floors dedicated to commercial spaces and 30 storeys of residential apartments, including a separate recreation floor.
Although the Bapat Navyug price starts at Rs 1.63 crore, it’s under our budget. Both my wife and I are happy with the project and will soon go to finalise a 2 BHK here. I believe this project will be worth investing crores in and would absolutely suggest it to others.

One of my friends recommended this residential project to me. I have a budget of Rs 2.5 crore to buy a 3 BHK in Thane West, Mumbai, but the Bapat Navyug price seems to be higher. 3BHK apartments here cost Rs 2.71 crore, but the project is worth it. I checked it online and absolutely loved its details. I contacted them on phone and here is the floor plan that the sales team shared with us:

I checked the details of this project online using the Bapat Navyug RERA number, P51700048491, but that was not enough for me to purchase a flat here. Since I was on a hunt to invest in a 2 BHK for a long time, I visited its location and checked it out last Sunday. After the visit, I have planned to invest here. It is one of the best projects ever built by Bapat Construction Builders. Its range of amenities and location is what I loved the most. This project is.
1.25 km away from my office in Dosti Imperia,
1.2 km from Cosmos Mall,
7 minutes from Jupiter Hospital,
only 6 minutes away from my kid's school (DAV Public School), and so on.
The forthcoming Thane-Vasai and Thane-Mumbai Waterways will open up new transit and leisure opportunities. Apart from these, the apartments seem luxurious for their intricate design, and for being spacious. After learning all these details, I invested in a 2BHK here. The Bapat Navyug possession date I received is December 2026.
