We went to inquire about the Basai Enclave unit configuration and more last week. Apart from the building quality, we liked the amenities a lot. There is a children’s play area, a lot of indoor games, power backup and a professional security staff. There are several commute options in the form of Sector 33 Transport Nagar, Sector-4 Police Station and the Sector 33 Transport Nagar bus stops. Although we haven’t decided on the property, we do like it a lot.

I live in Basai Enclave and can share my Basai Enclave review with you here. I’ve been here with my family for a decent amount of time and the living experience has been good for us. There is a proper bike parking with gated security that maintains the safety of the residents.
As far as the Basai Enclave address goes, the society is in Sector 37C, with the Basai Dhankot train station and Sector 10A/37 bus stop nearby. The Medanta and Ayushman Hospitals can be covered quickly, too. So, if you are in search of a resale home in Gurugram, this can be a good option.

Hello, I saw you asking about a review of this property and I’d like to help. I checked out the place with my sister a month ago. The flats have interiors with good features and there is ample room for sunlight to enter the house.
The security staff is really good, keeping society safe. The Gurgaon and Basai Dhankot train stations are nearby, and Sunrise Lifecare and Tirath Ram Hospitals are close by. Overall, I believe the property is pretty nice and you can consider it.
