My father and I checked out this project with 1 BHK flat available in April this year. A friend of mine who works in real estate recommended the place. The whole project looked quite good as it is a gated society with proper security and other amenities.
We strolled around the area to see how everything was and the railway station was pretty close, about 10 minutes. I also saw a lot of theatre options near the project, including Cinepolis, Sri Vinayaka Digital 2K Theatre, DJ Halli & Everest Theater.
There is a lot of space for parking vehicles and a good atmosphere all around. Everything seemed good for us but the deal did not happen as the price quoted by the seller did not fit our budget. However, you can check out available properties here as the project as a whole is good in my opinion.

We have been looking for a 3 BHK resale property in Bangalore for a long time. We recently visited this project after finding out about the Bearys Anugraha unit configuration, which comprises 1 and 3 BHK homes.
A 3 BHK was available for sale and we showed our interest. The project is in Kanakadasa Layout, Lingarajapuram, which is a good locality with decent facilities all around. What attracted us the most were the amenities of this project. They have a swimming pool, an ATM, a jogging track, a spa and a rainwater harvesting plant.
Amongst all the flats we looked at thus far, this suited us the best. So, we went ahead with taking the flat.

Hello. I read a lot of Bearys Anugraha reviews before visiting this project last month with my partner. I would like to share our opinion of this project located in Lingarajapuram. The location was one of the reasons why we were interested in this project. The commute options are many with the Lingarajapuram bus stop a kilometre away and the Banaswadi metro station also nearby. There are a handful of supermarkets in the area too, with Village market about 2 km away. My office is around 3 km from the project site, so it will make it easier to travel. All of these aspects made the Bearys Anugraha location ideal for us.
If I talk about the possession of this project, it is a resale property, so you will get the flat possession quickly. This was an important criterion for us. So, the Bearys Anugraha Possession Date worked out for us pretty well. We are going to buy the 1 BHK here next week.
