Hi. We contacted the builder team of this project after coming across an ad online. There were some things we liked and some which didn’t suit us.
Starting with the positives, the project is RERA and BMRDA approved.
The Wipro Corporate Park and the Electronic City IT Hub aren’t far, which happen to be the offices of me and my husband.
Located in the Sompura Gate, the area will see development in the future, with the metro lined up. A distinct feature I liked was the absence of any common wall, which is a good architectural attribute.
The negative comes down to the Modern Vista possession date, which is June 2027, a bit later than what we are looking for. The price point of 1.5 crore rupees is over our budget, so we are looking for alternatives at present.

I am moving to Bangalore permanently after my marriage. So, we’ve decided to buy a house there. With the already cluttered market, we thought of finding a home in regions which are developing. So, we looked up Belvedere at Devanahalli.
I found the Belvedere by UKN Apartment size to be decent enough, the 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK carpet areas are 487 sq. ft., 823 sq. ft. and 1177 sq. ft. The saleable carpet area differs a bit according to the towers.
As far as the Belvedere by UKN price list is concerned, they have an ongoing offer with fluctuating prices. So, I recommend you check the latest prices by contacting them.
We are exploring other options too, and a good competition to this in our opinion is
Sattva Aeropolis.
Check both of these for a better idea of what suits you the best.

Hi, We’ve been searching for a 2 BHK in Bengaluru after deciding to settle down here. We checked out this project a while ago. So, let me give you my Belvedere by UKN reviews.
Starting with the Belvedere by UKN address, the project is located in Devanahalli with good connectivity to the popular areas of Bengaluru. You can reach Hebbal within 20 minutes, which is helpful for us as my office is located there.
Apart from this, the homes are Vastu compliant with 75% of area efficiency. I like that about 70% of the space is open, which gives us a lot of space around nature.
Phase 1 has already been delivered by the builder but the Belvedere by UKN possession date for the other phases hasn’t been released yet and we’re waiting for it to decide whether to go for this or not as we like the project as a whole.
