Hi, This Bhaggyam Cricket Villa review is based out of my recent visit to this property. During our house hunt, my son being a cricket lover asked us to visit this property. Bhaggyam Cricket Villa, located in the heart of Chennai city in Adyar, boasts a remarkable cricketing heritage. This property, owned by India’s legendary spin bowler Srinivasaraghavan Venkataraghavan, is now up for sale. The sales team informed us about the anti-termite treatment that will be done during construction. As we have an electric car, I was informed that this project would also consist of charging points for electric cars on the stilt floor. Overall I liked the project.

Hey guys, I decided to visit this property as it has received several positive reviews. I liked the Bhaggyam Cricket Villa location as it is near to my workplace which is International Tech Park 3.4 Km. Apart from this, Cricket Villa is also close to the Nandanam metro station which is 5.8 km or 15 mins, and the Saidapet Metro which is 5.9 km or 15 mins. Train stations like Guindy Railway Station 5.2 km, 14 mins, and Kasthurba Nagar 1.3 km, 6 mins are also close by.
This is also a RERA registered project and the Bhaggyam Cricket Villa RERA number is TN/29/Building/008/2024. Overall, I am happy with this project. I am planning to pay the booking amount this weekend.
