This project is located close to several metro and train stations, like
The Miyapur Metro Station is just 4.4 km from this project
The JNTU metro station is just 5.4 km
The Hafeezpet train station is just 2.2 km
Nearby healthcare facility include Vijaya Hospital, which is just 3.3 km
Overall, the project is locationally quite good in terms of connectivity and proximity to healthcare facilities and schools. I am planning to buy a 2 BHK resale apartment here.

Hey, I have recently been to this project after going through a few Bhanu Township reviews. It is located in Hafeezpet, Hyderabad, and is developed by the Prashant Sagar builders & developers. I was a bit sceptical about the builder, however, I learned from some of my friends that Prashanth Sai Builders is a rapidly expanding real estate firm that upholds excellent standards. Bhanu Township offers 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments that are ready to move into. It consists of a total of 600 units spread across 7 towers. I checked out a 3 BHK apartment here, and the Bhanu Township price for the 3 BHK was Rs. 80 Lakhs. The seller is okay with negotiating a bit, so I am planning to buy this unit soon.
