I had a terrible experience with Bharani Transport Chennai. They arrived with a small, open truck in the rainy season, and I had to beg them to cover my goods with a tarpaulin. Their careless packing caused damage to my expensive items, and they even sat on some of the boxes. Also, they charged extra after loading the truck, which was not agreed upon. The delivery was also a day late, despite full payment upfront. These guys are completely unprofessional, constantly chewing pan and ignoring instructions.
