On the positive side, they transported my car safely without any damage, which was a relief to me. The staff was also communicative and provided updates during the transit. However, the delivery time they took was over a month more than promised, causing some inconvenience on my end. I had to reach out multiple times for status updates, which left me feeling anxious. While I appreciate the safe delivery, the communication could definitely improve.
