My brother shared a brochure of this project as I was looking for 3 BHK apartments. I learned about the amenities of the project, which seemed quite attractive to me. Some of those amenities are a badminton court, clubhouse, basketball court, jogging track, badminton court, etc. Among all of these, what stood out to me was the skating rink, the spa and the library. From the brochure, I also learned about the Birla Ojasvi price, which starts from Rs. 67 Lakhs for apartments and is Rs 5.25 CR for row houses. After learning about all these, I have decided to visit the location and gather more information about the house.

I was planning to look for some investment options when I came across this project. I got in touch with their customer support and asked about the Birla Ojasvi RERA number, which is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/040924/006989. The support person asked whether I was planning to invest or not. When I told him about my intentions, he told me that the project would be great for investment as it’s located in a prime location in Bangalore. Along with that, he also told me about a few locational advantages of the project, such as Chansandra Dwarka Layout bus stop (9 mins), the nearby metro station is Rajarajeshwari Nagar Metro Station Purple line) – 4 km, Nayandahalli train station (12 mins). This project is also closeby Sattva Global City tech park. Before making the final decision, I asked about the Birla Ojasvi possession date, which is in January 2031. I feel it\'s too late, and since I am in a hurry, I will be checking a few more options.

A friend of mine had recently bought a 2 BHK apartment in this project. After learning about this from him, I checked out a few Birla Ojasvi reviews online to know more about it.
