The rooms here are airy and cosy. This project offers a serene living environment, ideal for families and professionals. A trustworthy fact about this project is that it’s RERA approved and the Bluejay Ananda RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/180524/006892.
I also liked that the property has a rainwater harvesting system, which makes it sustainable and environmentally friendly, and a sewage treatment plant as well. Bluejay Ananda possession date is January 2027. I have recommended this project to one of my friends as well and they are planning to get a 3.5 BHK apartment here.
