When I chose to invest in Brigade Lakefront, I was confident in the builder’s reputation. The fact the project is RERA registered gave me peace of mind, knowing everything is legally compliant. The construction quality is solid, and the attention to detail is visible throughout the property. Brigade Group’s commitment to delivering on time and ensuring customer satisfaction made the entire process stress-free for me. I found the Brigade Lakefront price high, but considering their location, amenities and construction quality, it’s fair.

Apart from this, the area is also well-connected with public transport options, which is a big plus for me. I am glad I made this choice, especially considering the Brigade Lakefront possession date and the value I received for the flat.

I have been living in 2BHK here for the past few months, and the Brigade Lakefront location is incredibly convenient. Situated in Whitefield, it’s close to major IT hubs, which makes my daily commute super easy. There are excellent schools, hospitals, and shopping malls nearby, like: 

• Hoodi Halt: 3.5 km away

• Whitefield Panel Cab: 15 minutes away

• Graphite India (Towards Hoodi) Bus Stop: 2 minutes away

• Aayug Multi Speciality Hospital: 3 km away

• VIBGYOR High School, Marathahalli: 18 minutes away

• Phoenix and VR mall: 5 minutes' drive away

Apart from this, you can get multiple temples within a 2 km radius. Just to assure, let me tell, this has RERA approval and the Brigade Lakefront RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/171016/000503. I finally found a wonderful, luxurious property with all the amenities, but not far from the major city.

I was a tenant in this society and stayed for nearly two years. In my Brigade Lakefront reviews, I'll give them a 4-star rating. It is a lovely community with kind people who are always ready to provide a helping hand when necessary. When something is not handled fairly, they also speak out. It was a fantastic experience for me and my family. It is a peaceful community in a prime location and the amenities here are truly impressive. 

From the well-maintained swimming pool to the beautiful parks, there's something for everyone. My children loved spending time in the play areas, and the gym was fully equipped for my fitness routine. The clubhouse had also become a favourite spot for family gatherings. 

Apart from all this, the Brigade Lakefront unit size is also good. If you will see this property, it’s clear that they’ve put a lot of thought into enhancing our lifestyle. I highly recommend it.
