For quite some time, I have been looking for a 2 BHK in the OMR area of Chennai. A few weeks back, my sister called me and informed me about the Brigade Nebula. She told me to check out the project and provided me with the address.
I visited the project location and asked about the Brigade Nebula 1bhk and 2bhk price. Along with that, I asked about the amenities, possession date, and even the RERA number. The executive told me that the RERA number is TN/Agent/0490/2021, CIN U45400MH2013PTC242930, and also provided me with the rest of the details. He also told me that the prices for these units start from Rs. 1.27 Crore.

I received a call from the Brigade Nebula marketing team, who told me that they were providing luxurious 1 & 2 BHK residences at affordable rates. I asked for the address and decided to visit the project after checking a few Brigade Nebula review.
I visited the location and asked about the amenities available with them. The Brigade Nebula people told me that they were providing amenities such as AV Room, Billiards, Banquet Hall, Yoga Deck, Kids play area etc. He also told me about a few key locations near the project, which are

I came to know about the Brigade Nebula project through a friend of mine. He told me that the project was quite close to his house and that the builder was quite reputable. I decided to visit the project and asked my friend for the Brigade Nebula address. He told me that the address is near Apollo Multi Speciality Hospital, Perungudi, OMR, Chennai.
After visiting the project, I asked about the Brigade Nebula possession date and construction status. I was informed by the people at Brigade Nebula that the project would be delivered by June 2025. They also told me the project is nearing completion. The last thing I did was check the amenities they were providing and then booked a 2 BHK unit with them.
