My uncle has invested in this project and it’s been around a year they have moved in. I have visited their home a couple of times and I can say that the facilities provided by the project are incredible. We were looking for an apartment in Devanahalli, and my husband’s colleague gave him a brochure of Brigade Orchards. We skimmed through it and found that the project is 5 years old and the Brigade Group is well known for their exceptional and prestigious projects in Bangalore. We have a 2 BHK apartment in this project, and it has been 4 years since we moved in, so I can share my Brigade Orchards reviews here. The project has an enormous area of 135 acres, starting from Rs. 53 Lakhs. I think it’s a great and affordable project to invest in, and the Brigade Orchards unit configuration is 1.5, 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments with modern and exceptional amenities. Another major fact is that the project is RERA approved, so the apartments are authenticated for sale/resale. For your information, the Brigade Orchards RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1250/303/PR/170916/000462.
