This is a really good residential project and the Brigade Sanctuary unit configurations are 1BHK, 3BHK+2T, 3BHK+3T, 3BHK+3T+Study, and 4BHK. The Brigade Sanctuary price of premium 3 BHK homes starts from Rs. 1.73 Cr onwards. Also, the 1 BHK homes start from Rs. 80 Lakhs onwards. The project also offers multiple standout amenities like creche, futsal court, volleyball court, outdoor gym, gazebo, pet park, AV room, and so on. The project is worth visiting and investing in.

This is a RERA registered project and the Brigade Sanctuary RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/041123/006372. This is an under construction property and the Brigade Sanctuary possession date is by December 2028. My office is in Ecospace, and it can be reached within 25 to 30 mins from this project. The Sarjapura bus stop is just 0.7 km from this project. I have booked a 3 BHK unit here, and the Brigade Sanctuary unit size of a 3 BHK ranges from 898 SQ FT - 1067 SQ FT. The best part about this project is the green belt, as it has included around 500+ trees as part of the neighbourhood.

I have booked a 3 BHK in Brigade Sanctuary. So I can give you my Brigade Sanctuary reviews. This project impressed me from the day I saw it. I really liked the sales team's professionalism and dedication. The quality of construction of the apartments is commendable. The Brigade Sanctuary project size is approximately 14 acres. There will be 1, 3, and 4 BHK apartment buildings with contemporary facilities available in the residential enclave. I loved the 3 BHK configuration the most. But I know the Brigade Sanctuary 1BHK price. It provides a 1 BHK flat with a carpet area of 414 sq. ft. for as low as INR 74 Lakhs, offering an exceptional blend of luxury and affordability for your dream home. The apartments in Brigade Sanctuary range from different configurations of 3 BHK and 4 BHK. My brother-in-law has already reserved a 1431 square foot, three bedroom plus 2T flat. I can share the built up area of the various residences because I took notes while I visited here with my brother-in-law.

I will share my Brigade Sanctuary reviews honestly. I went with my friend to reserve a 3 BHK home on this property. This project's open space and amenity layout is very amazing. While B block is being built, I hope the construction quality will be maintained. All the flats here will receive enough sunshine for ventilation and sunlight throughout the day. This project's location guarantees easy and effective commuting because it is bordered by respectable hospitals, reputable schools, and various adjacent retail and dining options. 

Moreover, my friend asked for the Brigade Sanctuary 2 BHK price. The sales representative told him that there are no 2 BHK apartments available in this property. The Brigade Sanctuary RERA Number I received is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/041123/006372 and the Brigade Sanctuary possession date is December 2028. I will rate this project 5 out of 5. I went to the Brigade Sanctuary location last month with my uncle, and we had a negative experience. He has already spoken with the sales representative over the phone to clarify his requirements and preferences. Although they don't have any availability, the sales team at Brigade invited us to meet them at the site. We travelled to meet the salesperson. They appeared unwilling to disclose the Brigade Sanctuary price list and were not interested in continuing the conversation. I will score 1 out of 5 under my Brigade Sanctuary reviews.

Afterwards, my uncle and I went to other developments including

Assetz 63 Degree East

and

SJR Parkway Homes

on Sarjapur Road after conducting an online search. Since the later location was closer to my uncle’s office and the sales staff was

very friendly, he finalised it.
