What are the Candeur 40, Miyapur, Hyderabad Review?

Hello Palash. I have a  2 BHK apartment in this society and we gained possession a few months ago. So, I’d like to share my Candeur 40 review and tell you about my living experience thus far. It’s a well-developed society in the Aurobindo Colony in Miyapur. There are 3 towers of 959 flat units here across 4.3 acres of land. The Candeur 40 unit configuration has 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK homes. The thing that impressed us a lot was the spaciousness of the home. It has a decent size and the architecture also felt appealing. The Candeur 40 unit size for the 2 BHK apartment is 908 sq. ft. 

Coming to the amenities, there’s a lot to do in the society. There is a library, and an aerobics room. A children’s play area, an indoor games area, a swimming pool, a gym, a park, a jogging track and lots more.

Before finalising the deal, we confirmed the RERA approval with the Candeur 40 RERA number, which is P02400002183. Everything seemed good and this was one of the best choices for us from the projects we saw in total. We were concerned about the Candeur 40 price, so we went ahead and asked for it. The price started at Rs. 1.02 crores, which was although a bit over our budget, but we went ahead with it. 

We got the Candeur 40 possession date in June this year, so all the flats are ready to move in. You can consider the flats here for sure.

I saw you asking about reviews on this project and I am here to share mine after my recent visit to the project. I will start by highlighting the amenities here. My partner and I were impressed with the wide range, including a gym, a spa, a laundry room, a children's area, a digital games room, a swimming pool, a food court, a yoga centre and so much more.

I don’t have the exact information on the Candeur 40 3BHK price at the moment, but you can contact the team of the project to get details about it. I am happy with the locality, the area and especially the 80% open space of this project. My partner liked the building plan, the high-rise structure and the specs here. 

The Candeur 40 possession date is given as September 2026, which we feel is around a good time for us to move in. So, it's a thumbs up from us for this project.

I contacted the builder team about the 3 BHK in this upcoming society and also found out the Candeur 40 2BHK price here. Although I couldn’t exactly get to know the price, I did find details about the house area and more. 

There 2, 2.5 and 3 BHKs here with the 2 BHK having an area ranging between 1225 and 1256 sq. ft., while the 2.5 BHK has an area between 1406 sq. ft. and 1501 sq. ft., and the 3 BHK is available with an area of 1588 sq. ft in The Crown building. The area is different for each building in this project.

I believe all these house configurations have a large area, which is a big plus if you are considering a spacious and lavish house. Coming to the Candeur 40 construction status, I got to know that the project is still under construction. So, I am thinking of going to the site to make up my mind and decide on this. 

We went to see the Candeur 40 in April after getting to know about it through a print ad. So, let me give you my Candeur 40 review. Spread across 4.8 acres, this project has 2 and 3 BHK apartments. There are 959 units in total in 3 towers of 40 floors. 

I researched about the Candeur 40 address before visiting. The location of the project is Miyapur, which is just 2 km from the Miyapur metro station, 5 km from JNTU and 8 m from ORR. There are reputed hospitals nearby, such as the Landmark, Mamata, SLG and Rainbow Hospitals. 

The project is registered under RERA, with the Candeur 40 RERA number being P02400002183. I was impressed with the specification of the house with aluminium formwork, plastering for the interior done with Gyproc, Saint Gobain and more. Overall, I guess it is a good project and suitable for us. I suggest you check out the project to understand the offerings in a better way and then decide.
