What are the Candeur Lakescape, Kondapur, Hyderabad Reviews?

My brother and I went to check out this property in Kondapur last week and I shall review it here. The project has been approved by RERA and the Candeur Lakescape RERA number is P02400005724. 

What I liked the most was the range of amenities here. The clubhouse is spread across acres of 100,000 sq. ft. packed with a badminton court, a barbeque zone, billiards, a cafe, a car wash, a clinic, a day care, a home theatre, a gym, a supermarket, a tennis court, swimming pool, etc. 

My office is a 15-minute drive from here, so it would save me loads of time, too. 

As far as the Candeur Lakescape construction status, it is under construction at present and the possession date is given as late 2028. I feel that is a bit late, so although we like this project, we are looking for other options. I do like the

which is also in Kondapur and is a good option.

I wanted to get a house in a good locality with great connectivity to the rest of Hyderabad. I went to visit this project by Candeur last month. It is in Kondapur, which is near a lot of offices like Wipro, Microsoft, Google and my workplace Amazon. The drive to the international airport is also only 40 minutes. 

The only issue we have is with the Candeur Lakescape possession date, which is dated as December 2028, which is too late for us as we want a house within the next 2 years. However, if the date suits you, this is a good project and you can surely give it a try.

Hey there. I am writing my Candeur Lakescape review here. I was looking for a 2 BHK in Hyderabad and got to know about this project through a friend who is in real estate. The Candeur Lakescape address is in Kondapur, which is a good locality in the city. It is near prominent areas like the Financial District, Gachibowli, Tellapur and Hitech City.

The property is spread across 9.1 acres with a total of 1991 units comprising 2, 2.5, 3 and 3.5 BHK flats. I asked about the Candeur Lakescape 2BHK price and they told me the per square feet rate, which is Rs. 8450 onwards. There are a total of 7 towers with 4 basements and 47 floors each. 

I find all the aspects to be perfect for the house we’ve been looking for and are considering buying the house. I recommend you give the project a visit to find out if it suits you as well or not
