When I was looking for property investment, the location of the property was quite a deal-breaker. That’s why I was apprehensive about the Casagrand Amor address, but I was appealed by it once I found out about all of its locational advantages. For education, Chrysalis High School is just a minute away, and for higher education, Christ University on Bannerghatta Road and IIM Bangalore are both reachable within 12 minutes. For emergency healthcare, Apollo Hospital is 10 minutes away. For leisure activities, Royal Meenakshi Mall and Gopalan Innovation Mall are both around a 15-minute drive away. Such ease with location ultimately made me invest in a flat here.

When I was looking to invest in this property, I paid a visit here and found out about all the amenities this place has to offer. There is a creche, a double-height kids' play area, and adventure zone for the little ones. There is also a mini library and an art and craft room. There’s a gym, and a spa for relaxation. There is a jogging track and a pet park along with a lot of sports courts including basketball and multipurpose courts. Bonfire pits and an amphitheatre along with the party lawn offer perfect spots for gatherings. There are trampolines and cricket nets as well. With so much to do, this society offers everything. I also found the Casagrand Amor price to be quite reasonable, with the 2 BHK starting at Rs. 90L & 3 BHK starting at Rs.1.20Cr onwards. I am looking to invest in a 2BHK in this society now.
