I was looking for some properties to invest in when I came across a few Casagrand Avenuepark reviews and planned to pay a visit. I found that the property offers 2,3 & 4 BHK apartments in 5 towers. It is in a 4.02 acres area. I was informed that all the units will face the podiums or outdoors for an uninterrupted visual connectivity. The clubhouse is 8500 sqft. grand space equipped with premium amenities and features. Upon being asked about the Casagrand Avenuepark possession date, we were told it's June 2028. Here are some basic amenities of this project:
