I went to the Casagrand Estilo address yesterday, and the property is in a great location. All emergency services, including hospitals, are nearby, and the roads here are well-connected to most of the neighbouring communities. During my visit, I noticed.
Pallavaram Bus Stand: 1.5 km,
Pallavaram Railway Station: 2.4 km,
Airport Metro: 3.6 km,
Chennai International Airport: 3.1 km,
JIP Multi Speciality Hospital: 1.4 km,
PVR Grand Galada Center Mall: 3 km,
Sree Balaji Medical College and Hospital: 2.5 km,
Holy Queen Matriculation School: 1 km, and so on.
I finally booked a 2BHK – 2T of 1311 sq ft and the Casagrand Estilo price for our flat was Rs. 80 lakhs. As of now, I will rate them 4 out of 5.

I booked a 3BHK -3T of 1605 sq ft at Rs 96 lakhs in Casagrand Estilo. I visited with my father and he loved the project. Let me share my Casagrand Estilo reviews. I liked that this property is just 3.4 km away from my office, which is in the Embassy Splendid Tech Zone. Casagrand Builder, I believe, is famous and reputed not only in Chennai but in another city of India. They have over 20 years of experience in offering luxurious and contemporary styled finished apartments. They received 15+ awards like News18 Tamil Nadu for the most trusted builder in South India.
I really appreciated how they set up the payment arrangement. They took a 10% booking amount followed by 40% at the agreement stage, 10% when the base construction starts and so on. After knowing it has RERA approval and the Casagrand Estilo RERA number (TN/1/BUILDING/0398/2024), I booked a unit immediately.
