What are the Casagrand Flagship Reviews, Pallikaranai, Chennai?

I enquired about the Casagrand Flagship price list in Phase 1 and found the apartments within my budget. The apartments here start from Rs 63 lakh onwards.

• Casagrand Flagship 3bhk price starts from Rs 87 lakhs (built-up area: 1574 Sqft - 1989 Sqft)

• Casagrand Flagship 4bhk price starts from Rs.1.14 Cr (built-up area: 2348 Sqft -2354 Sqft)

The Casagrand Flagship reviews I heard were all good so I decided to check out this project in March and was satisfied with it. The aspect I like the most is the Casagrand Flagship location. It is located close to Fit Rock Arena Pallikarnai, Jalladiampet, Pallikaranai. You will get schools, colleges, malls, markets and other necessary destinations all close to this project like:

• Adithya Bone And Joint Speciality Clinic is within 3 km

• V Cure Hospital is within 2km

• Baynes Memorial Baptist Church Matriculation Higher Secondary School within 1.7 km

• Ravichandran Director within 2.2 km

• Max within 2.1 km

• The Grocery Shop within 2.3 km

You can enjoy easy Access to the International Airport and the Futura Tech Park. based on its strategic location I will rate this project 4.7/ 5 but will wait till next year to finalise a 3 BHK in this project.

I checked out this project in April and found the project to be quite impressive. Some of the major specifications I liked about this project are that:

• The project will be providing a variety of apartments: 2, 3 and 4 BHKs

• There will be around 887 apartments and 54 villas available here

• The Casagrand Flagship project area is huge. It is spread across 17.58 acres

• All the apartments will be Vastu-compliant with zero dead space

• The community will have 42% open space with 69,000 sq ft of colossal podiums

I loved the project and will highly recommend you to invest here.
