I am sharing my reviews because I just booked a 3BHK of 1450 sq ft on this property after my uncle recommended it to me. I specifically liked the locational advantages that are offered by this project because of the Casagrand Hola Chennai address. This project is near The Pod Sports Centre Field, Sholinganallur, OMR, Chennai. Apart from this.

• Major tech parks are so close, as Infosys is a 6-minute drive, Accenture 7 minutes, HCL 9 minutes, and Tech Mahindra 10 minutes.

• For education, Babaji Vidhyashram School is only 4 minutes away, and Mohammed Sathak College is 7 minutes.

• If in need of immediate healthcare, Apollo Hospital is just a 9-minute drive, and Global Hospital is 14 minutes away.

• If we still need to commute to get somewhere, the upcoming Sholinganallur Metro will be just 3 minutes away, while the Sholinganallur Bus Stand is 5 minutes away.

The Casagrand Hola Chennai price for my flat was Rs. 71 lakhs. Overall, I will rate it 4.5 out of 5.

Recently, I was looking to invest in real estate in Sholinganallur, OMR, Chennai, so a friend of mine recommended this one. The company has constructed over 38 million square feet of high-end residential real estate in key South Indian cities, including Chennai, Bengaluru, and Coimbatore during the last 19 years. 

They offer over 25+ amenities at a fair price. My friend already booked a 2 BHK unit here, and he said the plans and the model house they kept on showing are also beautiful. I am looking forward to visiting this project and potentially investing here. He gave this project a 4 out of 5 under his Casagrand Hola Chennai reviews.

It was the Casagrand HolaChennai address that initially drew my interest. I've been looking for a two-bedroom house in Sholinganallur, Chennai because that's where my company is located. I noticed that the project was connected to the nearby Chemmenchery S.C.B bus station, which is only 16 minutes away, in addition to its proximity to my office. The Casagrand HolaChennai 2BHK price, which starts at Rs. 65 lakhs for an 1175 square foot built-up area, also meets my needs. 

The project is registered under RERA and the Casagrand HolaChennai RERA number is TN/29/BUILDING/0352/2024. For me, there is no downside in this project. Hence, I have decided to book a 2 BHK flat by this week.

I believe there is a growing market in Sholinganallur, which is an emerging area. Considering that, I think that this project is well-rounded. With such a huge area, I was impressed with the following:

• This project is located close to IT hubs

• 22 acre Open Spaces for maximum light & ventilation

• 8 acres of vehicle-free green podiums for outdoor recreational activities

• Double-height luxurious lobbies in apartments & clubhouse

Hey. So, as per my experience, I will say this project is fine but not so good. The primary reason I chose not to buy a property in this project is the Casagrand HolaChennai possesion date, which is May 2029. Furthermore, I felt the Casagrand HolaChennai 1BHK price was too expensive in comparison to other developments in the same neighbourhood, such as Prestige Courtyards. Because of the early possession date and significantly lower cost compared to Casagrand Hola Chennai, I bought a 1 BHK unit in Prestige Courtyards .
