With such a huge area, I was impressed with the following:

• This project is located close to IT hubs

• 22 acre Open Spaces for maximum light & ventilation

• 8 acres of vehicle-free green podiums for outdoor recreational activities

• Double-height luxurious lobbies in apartments & clubhouse

Hey. So, as per my experience, I will say this project is fine but not so good. The primary reason I chose not to buy a property in this project is the Casagrand HolaChennai possesion date, which is May 2029. Furthermore, I felt the Casagrand HolaChennai 1BHK price was too expensive in comparison to other developments in the same neighbourhood, such as Prestige Courtyards. Because of the early possession date and significantly lower cost compared to Casagrand Hola Chennai, I bought a 1 BHK unit in Prestige Courtyards .
