What are the Casagrand Selenia Reviews?

Hello. Recently, my friend and I went to Casagrand Selenia. Seriously telling you, I loved this project. I believe this will be a huge gated community that represents luxury living in Kelambakkam. Let me share what al I love in this project:

• 221 opulent three-bedroom homes spanning 17.06 acres.

• 11 acres of open space, 30,000 square feet of landscaping designed in the Bali style.

• The Casagrand Selenia 3 BHK price is quite fair as compared to other projects.

• An 11,000 square foot grand clubhouse featuring both indoor and outdoor facilities.

• More than 90

  amenities available

  for inhabitants of various ages.

• Only five minutes' drive from Kelambakkam Junction and ten minutes from Siruseri to this project.

• This is RERA approved and the Casagrand Selenia RERA number is TN/35/Building/0345/2024.

I will rate this project 5 out of 5 under my Casagrand Selenia review.

My father recently visited the Casagrand Selenia location. He shared his reviews with us and told me that it is located behind St.Francis International School, Kelambakam, OMR, Chennai. He also mentioned that you can get several schools and top colleges within a 6 minutes drive. Apart from that, he mentioned that there are several IT parks like Siruseri IT park or Thiruporur Sipcot, hospitals (Swaram Hospital or Sri Sai Childrens Hospital) and entertainment hub near to this project.

My father also shared the configuration along with the basic Casagrand Selenia price list for 3 BHK with me. I have shared the same below:

He finally booked a villa here and the Casagrand Selenia possesion date he received is March 2027.

Sharing my Casagrand Selenia review with you all here. I am not impressed with the overall layout of this project. The carpet area is adequately planned, except for planned wardrobes in each room, which take up bedroom space. According to their plans, it is a semi-independent row house. Also, there will be a wall sharing for all units saving two out of 221. 

As of now, there is only one entry to the property; they promise that the back door will open soon, but I don't believe it; it might be a dead end. So, before making a final selection, I plan to visit other projects in the neighbourhood, such as Sobha Meritta and Akshaya Orlando .
