What are the Casagrand Southbrooke Reviews, Thiruporur, Chennai?

My parents have been looking for a 3 BHK RERA approved project in Chennai for quite some time, so I checked out this project just last month and felt it to be worth investing in. The Casagrand Southbrooke location is near Sri Chaitanya Mahal, Kelambakkam, Thiruporur. It is close to the Ocean Hospital (1.7 km); M. Muthusamy Bus Stand (2.8 km); Arul Muruga Theatre A/C (2 km); TOR HUB (2.1 km); More Supermarket - Thiruporur (1.5 km) and more. In short, you will have easy access to everything, be it malls, colleges, hospitals, and others.

I at least loved the project and found it worth investing in, but you can check it out and take your call.

We were on the hunt for a 3 BHK in Thiruporur, so as soon as I heard a positive Casagrand Southbrooke review, I went to check it out with my husband (just last month). It is a marvellous project being constructed by the Casagrand Builder Private Limited. They are popular for delivering quality projects on time, and now, after checking out this project, I understand why. 

Here are some specifications of the project that you must know about:

• Casagrand Southbrooke is being constructed by the popular real estate developer Casagrand Builder Private Limited, who has a record of delivering lavish properties on time.

• As for the Casagrand Southbrooke configuration, it has only 2 and 3 BHK properties available for sale

• The Casagrand Southbrooke price list also seems decent to me. The properties here range between Rs 34.95 Lakhs and Rs 63.9 Lakhs

We have decided to purchase a 2 BHK here by this year’s end; hence, I will recommend others as well to invest here. Trust me, your investment will be worth it.

I still can’t believe that Casagrand Southbrooke is planning to provide more than 100 amenities to its residents. The property rates here are also affordable, so this project seems to be the best for me as per my requirements and budget. 

Some extraordinary amenities it will be providing to the residents are:

• For sports: beach and volleyball sand court; futsal; rock climbing area, cycling track, mini bowling areas; and more

• For kids: treehouse with hammocks, roller skating rink; kids’ car track; jungle gym; art hall; Lego zone and others

• Community spaces: foosball, mini theatre, banquet hall, snooker and other amenities are available here

• Nature: To add to its beauty, this project will have a tree plaza, rose garden, and a seasonal flower boulevard within its premises

• Water features: Swimming pool, cabanas, basketball hoop in the pool will also be available here

I still can’t believe this project will provide so many amenities for such affordable apartments. My husband will be booking a 3 BHK here very soon, so if possible, I will share another review after finalising the deal.
