One of the primary criteria I had for purchasing an apartment was that the project should have some open space. So, when I learned that this project has around 80% open space, I noted down the Century Liva address and visited the location. After going there, I came to know that the project is 3 acres big, and it has around 247 units. I spoke to a salesperson, who told me that they are selling only 2, 3 & 4 BHKs. He also told me that the Century Liva price starts from Rs. 1.54 Crores. The project felt quite vibrant, and the price was also within my budget thus, I booked a 3 BHK apartment.

Recently, I bought a 4 BHK unit at around Rs. 1.90 Crores here. I learned about this project after reading a few Century Liva reviews. The reviews spoke quite highly about the builder of this project, Century Real Estate. Some of the properties developed by them are Century Trials, Century Eden, etc., and I once visited the Century Trials project and loved the whole ambiance of that project. So, when I came to know about this project, I didn’t wait long and booked an apartment. The only thing I asked was the Century Liva RERA number, which is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/130924/007015.

I have recently invested in this project because of all the location advantages available. Some of those locations are Yelahanka Police Station (14 mins), Yelahanka Junction (14 mins), The Galleria Mall (14 mins), BMS Institute of Technology (04 mins), National Public School (12 mins), Sparsh Multispeciality (25 mins), etc. Before investing, I had also enquired about the Century Liva possession date, which I came to know was in December 2028. Looking at these advantages, I had invested in a 2 BHK apartment.
