Hi, I am sharing my Chaitanya Towers reviews here with you. I wanted to see the Chaitanya Towers unit configuration. I found there were 2 BHK, 3 BHK, 4 BHK and 5 BHK flats available. The flats ranged from Rs 6.93 Crore to Rs 12.71 Crore.
The flats offered a good rental yield as well. But, I did not buy a flat here as it was beyond my budget of 4 Crore. I decided to first look at other options before making a final decision. If you are looking to buy a flat here you can have a look for yourself to see if this property suits you.

My brother had seen plenty of Chaitanya Towers Reviews online. He wanted to check the property. Before that he surveyed the surrounding area and this is what he found. Chaitanya Towers location is at Prabhadevi in Mumbai.
Dadar Police Station Bus Stop was 1.6 km away.
Two Metro Stations were 24 minutes away from the project.
He checked for hospitals and found N M Medical Centre - by Dr Shah Nilesh to be just 1.2 km away.
The overall connectivity of the project caught my brother's eye. He said that he will definitely purchasing a flat here. He also said it would give good long-term capital appreciation.
