Recently, I received a call from Chaphalkar Elina Living. They told me that they were offering luxurious 2 BHK apartments at affordable costs. After hearing that, I decided to visit the Chaphalkar Elina Living project. I asked them about the Chaphalkar Elina Living construction status and the executive told me that the construction is completed and they are offering two types of 2 BHK units. 

Following that, I asked him about the Chaphalkar Elina Living 2 BHK price, which he told me was starting from Rs. 1.03 Crore. I toured the property and decided to book a 2 BHK unit with them. Below is the unit size of the 2BHK they are offering. 

Last week, I went to visit Chaphalkar Elina Living as I was looking for a 2 BHK apartment. I came to know about them from my brother-in-law. After visiting the property, I learned that they have various amenities, such as a kids play area, yoga deck, squash court, etc. I liked the property and enquired about the Chaphalkar Elina Living RERA number and construction status. The executive informed me that the RERA number is P52100023154, and the construction has been completed. Following that, I decided to book a 2BHK with them. 

I came to learn about this project from a Chaphalkar Elina Living review. I also learned about the Chaphalkar Elina Living address, which was Anandvan Road, Mohammed Wadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411048. After which I decided to visit it. 

During my visit, I enquired about the Chaphalkar Elina Living possession date, which the executive told me was June 24. The date was so close, and thus, I decided to book a unit with them. Before the booking, the executive also told me about various key location near the project, which are
