Both the resident and guest parking areas are well-constructed, with ample parking places for two floors. With information collected for each guest and resident permission via the applications, the security department is also doing well. The apartments are divided into 18-story blocks called A, B, C, and D.

Hi! I am writing this Chartered Beverly Hills reviews because almost 5 years back, I invested in a 2 BHK apartment here. I liked the amenities that are offered here. And the locational advantages took me by surprise after I moved in here. The nearest metro station is about 2.5 to 3kms.

• Schools like the Happy valley school and RMS international school are 2.6km and 3.9km respectively. 

• For any healthcare needs, family clinic and Srinivas clinic are nearby, with the ring road hospital being 5.3km away. Vaibhavi theatre and Royal Mart supermarket are both around 2km from the place and Farm Fresh is just 3 km. 

Me and my family were very relieved because of such convenience and finally invested in a unit here. I also found the Chartered Beverly Hills price reasonable at that time. Overall, I will rate it 4.

For 28 years now, they have expanded significantly, which possesses extensive expertise in architecture, interior design, and real estate. This project is a gated community which is spread over 5 acres of land. My relative also said different brands occasionally set up stalls here, which is an added benefit. 

If you ask me, I found the Chartered Beverly Hills address in the perfect location. The neighbourhood is serene, with roomy hallways, well-lit homes, and adequate ventilation. I am thinking of investing here.
