What are the CoEvolve Florenza Reviews, Kuthaganahalli Village, Bangalore?

As soon as my friend shared with me the CoEvolve Florenza price list, I decided to visit the project. I learned from her that the CoEvolve Florenza 2BHK price is quite affordable. It starts from Rs 75 lakhs onwards. I am not very sure about the CoEvolve Florenza 3BHK price but can assure you that they are within Rs 1.09 crore. 

During my visit, I enquired about the amenities and learned that they will be providing:

I found these amenities quite extraordinary and did not quite see them available in other projects. I will therefore rate this project 4.8/ 5 and highly recommend it to others.

This project has gained popularity mainly because the project guarantees to provide 2 and 3 BHK-engineered homes that will save freshwater by 58%. I enquired about the interiors of the apartments and learned that they will be using

• Good quality vitrified tiles in all the main rooms

• In balconies and utility areas, ceramic tiles will be used

• Anti-skid tiles will used for the bathrooms

• Weatherproof paint on external walls

• Oil-based distemper paint on internal walls and ceilings

• Enamel paint for all MS works

• Melamine-wrapped doors will be installed 

• UPVC windows will be there for all apartments

All fittings will be of good quality. As of now, I find the project promising and up to the mark and might book a 3 BHK here during my next visit.
