Concorde Group Builder is coming up with another superb project, the Concorde Antares. I trust the builder since they have been in the industry since 1998 and have successfully delivered quality units of over 15,000. I checked out this project once, so let me share some of its major aspects:
The Concorde Antares address is near the Oval Net Badminton Academy, Chikkabettahalli, MS Palya
It will have around 5 towers (G+16 floors) and 592 units spread across 7 acres of land
81% of open space will be available here
The project is just at its early stage of development; therefore, it\'s hard to tell how the project will look or, quality-wise, how good it will be, but I am sure it will be as great as other projects built by the builder. We are planning to invest in 2 BHK in the upcoming years and since this project is on our list, we will be visiting it soon.

I came across a few Concorde Antares reviews online and since we are on a hunt for a lavish 3 BHK to invest in; we visited it last month and were quite impressed with its layout and planning. During our discussion with the sales team, we learnt that this project:
Will have 4 levels of security for the safety of its residents
Over 60 amenities will be available here
Their clubhouse is supposed to be huge, around 19,000 sq ft
25+ Species of Indigenous plants will be seen here
Residents can enjoy uninterrupted views enabled by 7ft. bay windows
We were planning to buy a property by 2026 but might delay our plan since the Concorde Antares possession date is December 2028, and we are interested in having a home here.

I have heard a few people say that the Concorde Antares price is high, but to be honest; I feel it is justified. Properties in Bangalore have become quite expensive and this project’s specifications are absolutely stunning, so properties here starting from Rs 95.24 lakhs seem okay to me.
I visited the project just once and could get a few details like Concorde Antares RERA number has been assigned; properties here range between 579 sq ft and 894 sq ft; it enjoys great connectivity and others. I have its floor plan so you can look at it here:
