This project has some great specifications and amenities. We visited the project last week, so sharing my Concorde Mayfair reviews. Some of the exciting facilities include a library lounge, meeting rooms, yoga deck, work station pods, sky gym, star gazing deck, barbeque nook, swimming pools, meditation pavilion, and so much more. The project has an RCC framed structure, specifically designed as per seismic zones. There are also hot and cold water supplies in all the toilet basins. My wife and I visited the project around last month, so I can share my review here. The project was recently launched and the Concorde Mayfair possession date, the sales team informed, was November 2028. There are 2 and 3 BHK configurations, with 217 units and 4 towers. I really liked how spacious the property and the apartments are, including a clubhouse which is around 7,900 sq ft huge. There is 61% open space and 7 ft. tall windows in living and bedrooms which have amazing views. There are ceramic rustic tiles in the bathroom, balcony, and utility floors. Also, the location is a plus factor as the Kempegowda International Airport is just 15 minutes away from the size lane elevated corridor, which is close to this project. I was also impressed by the four-level security systems and modern rooms.
