What are the Concorde Spring Meadows Reviews, Hesaraghatta, Bangalore?

When I told my cousin that I am looking to buy a 3BHK property in Bangalore, he told me about this property. He gave me an excellent review of the prime location of this project because we all know about Bangalore traffic. The exact address of Concorde Spring Meadows address is near Sapthagiri College of Engineering, Hesarghatta Millennium Ave. He said this location offers a lot of advantages with schools, hospitals, and IT hubs being nearby. 

• Nurture International School is just 1km while the National Public School is just 10 minutes away. 

• For immediate healthcare, Sapthgiri Hospitals and Arunodaya Hospitals are both a 5 minute drive. 

• If we need to shop, Royalmart Supermarket and Shan Fashion Mall are quite nearby at less than 2km distance. 

• If we still need to commute, Dasarahalli Metro Station is 10 minutes away, while Kempegowda Bus Station is 40 minutes away, and Chikkabanavara Railway Station is just 2 minutes away. 

When I heard about such conveniences, I was very impressed. I am looking forward to visiting this property and then purchasing a unit here.

 I have been looking to invest in some property near Hesarghatta, Bangalore, since the last 2months. I was discussing it with my friend, and he told me about Concorde Spring Meadows. I also found out about the Concorde Spring Meadows price, which turned out to be well within my budget, starting from Rs.1.3 crores. I am planning to visit the property soon and potentially invest in a 2BHK there.

I recently visited this property with my cousin because he gave me good Concorde Spring Meadows reviews. After we went there, I got to know that this property offers 1, 1.5, 2 and 3 BHK unit configurations. It is spread across 3.19 acres of land area and its possession date was recently, in July 2023.

RERA also approved this property, and the Concorde Spring Meadows RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/180227/002657. I am looking forward to investing in this property.
