There is ample parking space with a lot of space to walk around. The homes are completely Vastu compliant, which was one of our must-haves in the house we picked. We have booked a 3 BHK home here and would recommend this project strongly.

Hello there. We went to check out this project developed by Concorde Group. I’d like to begin by sharing the Concorde Sylvan View unit size, which was a major factor in our decision to book a flat here.
The homes range between 1746 to 2267 sq. ft., which speaks of the spaciousness here. Out of the 12 acres, around half of the land is open space, landscaped gardens, and other natural elements.
The locality suits us as well because both my and my partner's offices are close by from the project. So, a big thumbs up for this property in my Concorde Sylvan View review.

Hi. I read your query and would like to share my Concorde Sylvan View review here. We have been looking for a good and spacious 3 BHK in Bangalore. I was told about this project by a friend and the visit turned out to be positive.
In the Concorde Sylvan View unit configuration, there are 3 and 4 BHK homes across 60 acres with over 800 villas. The first phase has a total of 205 independent villas across 12 acres.
As far as the locality is concerned, the project is located off Electronic City on Hosur Road. The overall connectivity is decent as Sampige Nagara is about 1.5 km away and the Heelalige train station is about 2 km away. The Narayana and Vimalalaya Hospitals are 4 km away. This made us feel that the Concorde Sylvan View location would be ideal for our house.
Another good thing for us has been the Concorde Sylvan View possession date, which has already begun so we won’t have to wait to move into the house. I suggest you give this project a visit for sure.
