What are the Confident Antlia I Sarjapur Bangalore Reviews?

I am interested in this project mainly because of the Confident Antlia I location. It is located opposite to the Proposed New Infosys Campus, Sarjapur, South Bangalore. You will never face any transportation issues from here. The

• JN of Bikkanahalli Road is located within 400 mt of the project

• Manjunatha Medicals are located within 5.5 km

• The Aastha Hospital is located within 1 km

• The Indus International School Bangalore is around 2.8 km from the project

• The Ravi Theatre is around 2 km away

• The N.R.COMPLEX is 700 mt from the project

• D Mart is within 3. 4km

I have decided to invest here very soon and will definitely recommend others to check it out.

I wanted to buy a 2 BHK ASAP to move in with my family so as soon as I heard about the Confident Antlia I Possession date, July 2008, I went to check it out. You will get ready to move into properties here so you can move in anytime. Here are the major specifications that you must be aware of:

• The Confident Antlia I project area  is 2 acres

• It has only 3 buildings with 81 units

• There are only 2 and 3 BHK apartments available in this project ranging from 1185 sq to 1555 sq ft

My wife has already liked 2 BHK so we are all set to finalise the deal before puja. I assure you that the apartments here are all in good condition and worth investing in.

I am not sure about the exact Confident Antlia I price list but can say that the apartments are reasonable. I checked out a 2 BHK here of 1185 sq ft priced at Rs 50.94 lakhs. I found the price very reasonable given the size. Also, I learned that this project provides a list of amenities to the residents like:

• Well-equipped gymnasium

• swimming pool

• 24*7 security and water supply

• Power backup

• Spacious clubhouse

• Spa

• Rainwater harvesting facility and others

I will be revisiting it again with my family hence will try to share another Confident Antlia I review if possible.
