What are the Conwood Astoria Reviews, Goregaon, Mumbai?

Whenever I look for properties to invest in, one of my primary concerns is the builder. And I am writing this Conwood Astoria review because I was specifically happy after knowing more about the builder, Conwood Realty. I found out that they have a solid reputation in the real estate market, which reassured me about the quality of construction. The company maintains total transparency in its operations and guarantees that its projects have the best amenities available, offer the most value for the money, and keep clients feeling satisfied.

I also got to know that one of the best areas in Western Mumbai to own a property is Conwood Astoria. It offers a developing neighbourhood with a promising physical and social infrastructure. Some of the nearby places are these:

Such convenience of transport really made me want to invest in the project.

As I am looking to invest in this project, a friend of mine who lives in Conwood Astoria highlighted the amenities of this projectHe told me that the amenities here truly enhance his living experience. The amenities includes a well-equipped gymnasium, a swimming pool. There is also an intercom facility which helps you communicate with the gate easily, which I really liked and is a plus point for safety. There are also lifts available for more convenience. Water supply is done by Corporation and there is also a borewell facility. I am planning to visit this project soon, so I think I will be able to share a few more pointers after that.  

I recently visited this project so I can share my Conwood Astoria review here. I am impressed by the Conwood Astoria unit size. There is 1BHK apartment available in this project which is perfect for a nuclear family or individual working professionals. I found that the project in total has 2 towers, with 32 floors and 328 units in total which makes it into quite a big community. I found it to be very spacious with a lot of basic amenities available while still fitting into my budget and lifestyle. One of the things which reassured me the most was that this property has been RERA approved since 2021. I have thus been thinking of investing in this project.
