She was interested in purchasing a 2 BHK apartment here. During our visit, we also learned that the project is well-maintained and clean. One of the major reasons for my investment is because of all the locational advantages of this project. It has quite a lot of medical facilities nearby, such as Ayushman Hospital & Trauma Centre, Tirath Ram Hospitals Private Limited And Shri Balaji Hospital and Trauma Centre. Besides these, there are also educational institutions and entertainment centres such as MDS Public School, INOX Gurgaon Dreamz, Supreme Cable TV Network, etc. Because of the presence of these facilities, the value of these apartments is expected to rise quite high.

Since the project was ready to move, I visited it to check the apartments. During the visit, I learned the apartments are very spacious, and they receive a lot of natural light. Apart from that, they are also built by following the required Vastu rules. I loved the apartment and the project and finally bought a 3 BHK unit here.
