Hi, This DAC House of Palisade review is based on my recent visit to this project. I was impressed to discover that they are using top-notch materials and modern tech. They are using AAC blocks and an RCC-framed structure for the external and internal walls. They are also focussing on an earthquake resistant structure and complying with the Seismic Zone III. The sales team informed that they are carrying out anti-termite treatments wherever required during the building phase. Being a sports lover, I also liked that they are emphasisng on sports like basketball arcade, foosball, and interactive games. This is an under construction project and the DAC House of Palisade possession date is December 2028. I have booked an unit here. Hoping for a soon possession.

Hey, my dad was planning to make a real estate investment. He is happy with this project, and really liked the DAC House of Palisade location. This is conveniently situated 500 metres from the main road in Pallikaranai, behind the well-known Fantastic Jeyachandran and next to Kamakshi Hospital Junction. It will take him only ten minutes to get to his workplace in Sholinganallur on OMR. Additionally, the airport, Perungudi Railway Station, and Velachery Railway Station are all at a distance of five kilometers or more apart. Also, the Medavakkam Metro Station (CMRL PHASE II) is within 650m to 2.5 km.
It is because of the lucrative location, that my father wants to invest here.
